IMPORTANT: CAR PARK ACCESS HAS CHANGED

Please read before booking: Our landlord has installed a new secure roller shutter system for the car park. To ensure smooth access, strict new rules apply to all bookings:

One Fob Per Group: Regardless of how many cars you have, we issue ONE access fob to the Lead Hirer only. You must coordinate your group's arrival.
Office Check-In Required: Do not drive straight to the gate. You must park nearby (Sheepcote Road lay-by) and come to the Main Office to collect the fob.
Key Exchange Policy: To collect the fob, you must leave a personal item (e.g., driver's licence) with us as security collateral. This is returned to you when you hand back the fob.
Strict Liability: A £100 replacement charge applies if the fob is lost or not returned immediately.
